Question about CWDT+Immortal call, scolds build idea

with increased duration i get Immortal call to last more than 1 second meaning

->Immortal Call for 1 second
I cast without damage taken (time 0.5s)
I cast without damage taken (time 1s)
->Immmortal Call expires
I get damage from cast (time 1.5s)
->Immortal Call for 1 second
I cast without damage taken
...
etc etc

I`m wondering if CWDT still counts damage negated by Immortal Call which would lead us to a 100% uptime of Immortal Call and full negation of scolds downside. Do you know more about this?

Else, what do you think about this combination? It would mean in this theory a damage of about 440 in 1.5 seconds meaning about 300 damage per second to yourself. Going noncrit allows us to easily reach 6k life with belly-> 5% life reg

Gloves: life, res, eva
Boots: life res eva, movement
Chest: belly of the beast
Weapon: taryns shiver/PoH
Belt: doryanis or a life belt
Ring1: romiras banquet
Ring2: eventually bereks grip
Amulet: volls devotion
