Simple question about CPU
Hello everybody,
I have a quite old computer that i have been using to play Path of Exile for the last two years; and i would like to know which CPU is the best to run this game (only game i play is PoE) The choices are Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 & Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 E8500 Dual Core Wolfdale # of Cores 2 Frequency 3.16 GHz L2 Cache 6 MB FSB Speed 1333 MHz FSB Parity No Instruction Set 64-bit Q8400 Quad Core Yorkfield # of Cores 4 Frequency 2.66 GHz L2 Cache 4 MB (2x2048 KB) FSB Speed 1333 MHz FSB Parity No Instruction Set 64-bit I currently own both processors so i wont be spending a single cent on this. Doesn't POE only run Single-Core? I'd recommend the E8500 for the faster clock speed and bigger cache.

higher clock on single cores i'd recommend
