Facebreaker cyclone advice.

I am getting back into PoE, man how I missed this game, and rolling my all time favorit build, Unarmed Facebreaker. I am having a truck load of fun, but I feel I am hitting a wall.

Atm I am just running lower lvl maps to experiment with the passives And would love some advice on gear and passives.

One issue I feel I am having is I basicly have to be attacking for life leech to stay alive, if I cyclone and hit a wall/small object you cant pass through, i stop cycloning and take heavy dmg.
Also, I saw others using enduring cry on CWTD, but it never seems to proc.

Lvl 78 atm, ill post pics of stats when I am home.
