Path of Exile Digital Comic Issue #3 Now for Sale!

We're proud to announce that Issue #3 of the Path of Exile comic has been released in digital form! It's available as a standalone purchase or in a bundle with an exclusive microtransaction set - the Gem-powered Armour Set (featuring a back attachment, gloves, boots, helmet and body armour).

When are the other issues coming out? Is there a physical copy?

Issue #1 is available here and Issue #2 is available here. We're expecting to release the next digital comic in approximately six weeks. A physical graphic novel version of all four combined will be released this year.

What file formats of digital comic are available? How do I download it?

We're releasing the digital comic in four popular file formats: .pdf, .cbz, .epub and .mobi. Once you've purchased the comic, you can download it from the Digital Downloads section of your profile.

What's the difference between the Gem-powered Armour Set and the Steam-powered Armour Set?

The Steam-powered Armour Set is available from our microtransaction store and includes five armour pieces. The Gem-powered comic bundle comes with different body armour (with glowing gems in it) and represents better value. You can purchase the pieces individually (other than the gemmed version of the body armour) from the store if you don't want the full set.

To clarify, there are four things you could buy:

a) The comic, for $4.
b) The comic with the gem-powered version of the full armour set, for $36.
c) The Steam-powered (not gemmed) version of the full armour set, for 420 points from the microtransaction store.
d) Individual pieces of the armour set from the microtransaction store. You can't get the gemmed version of the body armour this way.

If you want the best value, buy the Gem-powered Armour Set/Comic Bundle (and maybe the Steam-powered Body Armour by itself if you want absolutely everything).

Note that this armour set is more expensive than regular ones because it contains a fifth piece - a back attachment.

It's because it requires cash (rather than points) and is a promotion with the comic.
