Can't trade currency or uniques

Hi. This is an alt account, so I thought I'd report on this one. I have a lvl 35 and 37 char but I cant trade put uniques or currency in the guild stash or trade. When in a trade window, it says I need to be over lvl 25, even tho. im on my lvl 35 or 37 char. This started happening last night.

Bump happened on one of my alternate accounts as well

Edit: I contacted support after they checked out my account I logged back in and was able to trade with my level 25 character.
