(lvl-19) (feels a lot higher than it is for some reason.) Pros & Cons. Pros: - Fast Clearspeed. - Huge AoE, which looks cool. - End game viable. (Able to kill almost any boss in game. Gonna post videos of different bossfights.) - Cheap, yet very easy to upgrade as you level. - Very fun Cons: - Can't do Atziri. - Ele-reflect can seriously hurt if you don't pot. (it's mostly the burst fire-dmg from Herald of Ice, as the HoT-dmg and Glacial Cascade-dmg is pretty easy to cancel with Life-leech.) What modifications I have done to the build compared to ShatterBolt: First off, I made this back in the end of ambush, basing it on Shatterbolt, and underways it went through some major changes. First of, I don't use temporal chains for my dual-link, but are considering it for 6L. The reason being that I usually am able to clear most if not all packs before I have a need for the additional time. Instead, I use Elemental Weakness and Warlord's Mark. Ele-weak's reason should be obvious, and with warlord's mark I had a leech-source available for my life, and more important that that, my mana. This allows us to run high-level gems instead of making them stay at lvl-1, which results in more dps. We also pick up more life from the tree, and with a Kaom's. it's not impossible to reach 6k life. We also drop duration-nodes for Lightning-Warp fun. 1.3 was also a huge buff for the build, with a ton more dmg and survivability. Screenshots

Carcass Jack Chest is used for curses, which we applies with an Ice-Nova w/ huga AoE. Ice Nova - Curse on Hit - Elemental Weakness - Warlord's Mark - Increased Area of Effect - Enhance OR Temporal Chains __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Three Dragons One of two mandatory items. Personally I have my Single-target dps-skill in it, but you can switch around with the other 4Ls. Glacial Cascade - Spell Echo - Concentrated Effect - Added Lightning Damage __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Doryani's Catalyst This item isn't obligatory, but it bring sosme serious dps on the table, so it's recommended. Herald of Thunder - Reduced Mana - Increased Duration/Lightning Penetration/Faster Casting __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Doryani's Catalyst Same as above Lightning Warp - Reduced Duration - Faster Casting __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Gives us an additional curse. Use it with CwDT setup. I'm a little confused about your status effects.
You have a lot of Freeze and Shock nodes on the tree, and you do a lot of cold/lightning damage. You also have some light dmg/shock from the Added Light support gem on Cascade, and Added cold dmg/Freeze chance on herald of Ice. But...you're using 3 dragons. Freeze chance only helps if you're dealing a lot of lightning damage, Shock chance only helps if you deal fire damage. Your ice damage...ignites, at least, when it crits. You're dealing a lot of cold with Herald of Ice and with Glacial Cascade, but your cold damage can't freeze. You have a quality added light, which adds shock chance, but your cold and light damage cannot shock! Only fire can, and it appears you deal about zero fire damage. So, why use a quality gem instead of regular? It seems like the build would be improved by removing 3 dragons, although HoT wouldn't freeze anymore. You could link added cold to it though. Long answer: Pyre ring converts ice dmg to fire. That's why cascade and nova can shock enemies. |

Loving the build so far, im lvl 77 and saving for another doryani's.
I was thinking about vaal pact, is close to the scion life and we have 2% elemental leech + warlords mark leech. It's enough leech to make it worthwhile? from my experience with other builds vaal pact brings a lot of survivability buy i don't know if in this build is a good option. |
