what build to run with Kaom's theme? (heart, primacy, roots, sign)

Got every Kaoms item and I'm interested in making a build themed around using them all. Any suggestions? Tons of life and endurance charges comes to mind.

I would think it would be a Righteous Fire build of some kind. I'd like to see other ideas on this topic also.

Kaom does a leap slam and ground slam, you can't ground slam with an axe soooooooo......... leap slam and cleave as main damage?
