Lightning tendrils build

Hi

I'm pretty inexperienced with POE. I'm planning on doing a dual wand Scion focused on tendrils.

I know these threads generally don't get much attention but I'd appreciate a few things:

1. are there any uniques I should be aiming to get

2. I've drafted the following skill tree, any thoughts appreciated (ps I plan on going Chaos Inoculation once I have plenty of energy shield). I was hoping to be a bit more focused on the attack speed/frenzy for my wands but ran out of points.

I would probably go life with a build like this.

CI and life leech isnt as great as it sounds, you get easily stunned/frozen/shocked etc which stops you from leeching.
