Pyramid fail

odd thing just happened. One of my characters was leader for a pyramid run. I had the apex, placed it, fought and killed Vaal with a and was not let through. all other team members went through. Now I have no apex and no way to get through to Act 3. Thoughts?

I have had the same thing happen to me. The rest of the party went through to Act 3 and I am on the other side with no more pyramid apex and cannot get through.

Were you dead when the killing blow landed on the boss? Don't know why you didn't get credit, but you don't need the apex to do the boss again. Just clicking on the device will start the fight.
