Back to Shadow, any good build with this requirements?

I'm not a very skilled player, and I def hate desync, so if someone can give me some tip about any builds that are:

AOE
Easy to play
Not expensive
Fun

basically, high damage, build costs less than 10c to get into maps (currently doing 74's) fast to level, atziri capable. lots of build variants for different classes, and works with a shield, or dual wielding. swords, or daggers. current torment dps: 20k, standard: 240k.
