LL Ele Wander need help

Wand: Piscators Vigil
Auras:Clarity, Disci, Anger, Wrath, HoT, HoI

Kinetic Blast - LL - WED - LMP - Pierce - PCoC (or Crit dmg if Barrage with PCoC)
Barrage - LL - WED - Crit dmg (or PCoC)

Could it works? I'm thinking about respec for this build but I'm not sure. Dps should be around 40k with PCoC. Do you guys have any idea to get higher crit?

Tree and gear look OK, maybe a few small things I would do differently, but nothing too major, that tree is viable and gear is good enough.

I would switch your boots to rainbows or a rare pair since you will be taking Unwavering stance and also since being a wander and not having whirling blades to move with we have to rely on run speed and a pair of Paws without whirling is Burtally slow which is not only annoying but also dangerous as you wont be able to more out of harms way.
