Elemental weakness on hit

I changed modems a couple of days ago and today I've been having high latency(up to 1.3k spikes and lowest has been ~80). After some lag spikes I got Elemental Weakness on hit on every spell(traps, flameblast etc), been this way for ~4 docks runs. Also to note that I have no ele weakness on hit in Sarn for example but still have it in Docks and all the zone I've been to after that. Can't edit the post but wanted to add that I have ele weakness on hit bug in all the other zones after docks.

That is not a bug, that is the gloves you are wearing.
In regards to the lag spikes, send us an MTR report while you're playing, it might give us some insight as to where the lags coming from. If it coincides with a new modem there could be some settings that need tweaking, this will be obvious with the MTR. Second hop, most likely something going wrong with your ISP. Could be a physical issue has recently occurred near your home. No longer works at GGG
