BSOD errors

Your DxDiag looks pretty good as far as I can tell but that event log is showing a serious problem.

Neither, it's a problem with your hard drive. It could just be a corrupt ntfs.sys file or it could be physical damage.

My bet would be physical damage. The article explains some ways to bypass the error and check for problems with the file system but if your confidence with this sort of thing is not high I would not recommend going in without supervision.

Unless you know a friend or family member with advanced IT skills I would take it to the repair man. Don't expect it to be a cheap fix however.
