Singapore Gateway Lag Issue

Is everyone under the same ISP? One of the traces in this thread had hops to equinix that were causing alot of packet loss. Do you experience the same issues with different gateways? Do PingPlotter and WinMTR reports provide the same data of 'no response from host'?
