Purchased Arcane Armour Pack - Only Received 2/5 Items?

Hello,

I'm new to the game and I've been enjoying it thoroughly since starting. I decided to pounce on the daily deal and purchase the Arcane Armour Pack today. I had 300 coins and purchased it for 245 - I now have 55 coins remaining.

After the purchase my game crashed and when I relogged on I found only 2 out of 5 of the set pieces (but all 255 coins gone) sitting in my microtransaction tab. I have tried relogging/switching characters etc. but nothing has worked thus far.

Was I scammed out of my purchase? How can I go about getting the rest of the pieces of the set?

Bit upsetting for my first purchase, doesn't leave a great taste in my mouth >_<.

Suddenly (30 minutes later) the items appeared in my microtransactions tab. Huh. I'll take it.
