6% Life Leech Amulet and other Stuff

I'd like to have ur opinions on some of my stuff. Not sure wheter to keep it or not. Thanks in advance and good luck grinding gear!

Amulet has strange stats but they have some synergy. Cold damage and physical leech can be put to good use together with hatred. Crit is a bit low but there is aditional life gain on hit. Maybe craft some Life or %Max ES on it and try to sell for 3-4 ex.
Amethyst ring is alright, 15-25chaos, depends on the buyer.

The rest is not worth trying to sell, best vendor.
The staves dont have good synergy between the stats and cant be used by a specific build at all - vendor.
Chest is alright, though to be sellable you have to have it 6L or it having much more life. As it is you cant sell it. And don't try to 6L it, as the cost of the 6L process will be much greater than what you will get for it, even 6Linked.
Morbid Scratch foil has good synergy between stats, though they low rolls and the weapon is a bad base. You cant craft it to be good with benches, as you have already 3 suffixes on it - vendor.
The rapier will at least give you some alchemy shards. Level of gems in weapons is useful if its 2H (bow, 2h axe, etc). On 3 socket items with no other stuff on them is not worth - vendor.
