Why is the goddess bound so expensive

Why is the goddess bound so expensive? 1 exalt in torment? 2 exalts in standard? why?

It's 1 ex in standard, that's how much I paid for it and I see the price is still the same, it's not really all that expensive, you're actually buying goddess scorned (and probably that goddess unbound or whatever it's called once it comes out). Think of it as long-term investment :)

Anyway, it's expensive because it's rare as fuck with no strings attached.
