Skin transfer bug?

Transferring the Belt of the Deceiver skin does not give the black aura effect. Is this intended?

Yes, please do fix this. You must realize that Lori's Lantern is a popular skin transfer for its effect. This could be the same, but with a better, flashier effect.

The Same Bug is by "Maligaro's Restraint, Chain Belt".
I don't know if this work as intended, that the hidden effects aren't available while skin transferred or it is simply a bug. So a statement would be nice though. P.s. Atm i have belt of the deceiver skin transferred and can later send a bug report with code here or someone else can do this. Just let me know.
