Phylacteral Link issue

Hi,

I entered an instance an ran into a pack of Phylacteral Link or what they are called,
I killed the guy with the circle around him - and now none of the other mobs ever get the circle.
I've been running around with an invincible pack of blue apes on my back for the entire instance (about 15 minuets worth of time where none of them has gotten the circle to be killable).
