1.3.0 /// Dark Arts EK Cannon

Hey people.

So the subject came up with my Shadow Ek tank that you could drop an awful lot of survivability to go ham deeps blaster with a witch version. So here it is, following same "crit-lite" approach, maxing base damage and cast speed with a tiny sprinkle of crit chance on top for the lols.

Tree is probably broken now, but the spec didnt change at all its node for node same thing basically in 1.3. Will update that build guide later in the week.

no proper guide for this Witch yet, just passives and gear for people who know how to level and just need to see the end result. This is a pretty softcore build, if you want a really tough character youre better off with the shadow tank spec. Will make a more detailed guide for this in a week or so.

Stats at level86:

Life: 4k
Armour: 5k
Arctic Armour: lvl25

Ek dps: 48,797 (no charges or flasks)
