UI Flickering

Can you please try enabling vsync and checking that your display drivers are fully updated? If this doesn't help, submit a DxDiag report here and we'll help where we can.

Also, this DXdiag shows your drivers are 5 months old, while that's not a huge issue, it could be that there are newer ones now. Don't trust Windows to update the driver either, just yesterday I tried playing a game that would crash on startup. Device manager told me my drivers were up to date, I went to the manufacturers website anyway and got some new ones and the game ran fine after that.

Does it not have a "Repair" function when you try to uninstall it from the control panel?
