Additional Unique Strongbox: No Unique, WTF?

I had a rare Strongbox a few minutes ago with: Identified Items, Mirrored Items, Additional Unique Item, and Guarded by 3 Packs of Magic Monsters, which I Vaal Orbed. No Unique item dropped, despite the mods clearly stating it contains an additional unique item. What gives? Where's my unique?

Did the box have anything in it? iirc, if the box barfs up no items, then it can't have "additional" items as well.

Oh, I did get a couple of mirrored corrupted rares plus a bunch of other random junk, just no unique.

I have had this happen before too on an uncorrupted blue box that guaranteed a unique. None dropped.

"Hrm, I don't recall any of the two rares having a unique skin. I think the gloves may have had a similar skin to Aurseize, but I can't be completely certain. |

" Not getting a unique from a box with 'Additional Unique Item' happens a lot really, at least 5-6 times for me just this month. Some of the boxes were rare, some magic, I didn't vaal any of them. I knew there was a bug like this, but it's the first time I was a victim of it. I made the thread to serve as a reminder that this bug is outstanding.

"Don't forget the classic "Contains Additional Items" mod that can not prevent the box from spawning nothing. Computer specifications:
