An unexpected disconnection has occurred (W/ pingplotter)

Hello,
I am having frequent disconnects and I'm shown the message "An unexpected disconnection has occurred". So this have been happening quite often now, and most of the time, it happens when the loading screen is shown when I enter a different map. This render the game unplayable for me, since this happens every 2 or 3 map changes, I don't know if this is a issue with my ISP or with any US gateway, since I can play games normally on servers from my country (Dota 2 for example I don't have any crashes or disconnect), but I have frequent disconnects on Path of Exile, I do remember having some disconnects from Diablo 3, but it was 2 or 3 in a month, which I consider to be "normal", given that I have 2 or 3 disconnects in 10 to 15 minutes in Path of Exile.

That's not -real- packet loss. As you can see:

That type of disconnections can be some firewall, antivirus, etc. messing up with how the game is connecting. For the sake of it , check your client.txt file in the logs folder to check if it's not a problem with a particular instance server (check what's the error, what's the IP of the instance server it tried to connect, etc). |
