Got tricked / Need help!

I bought a 6L Vaal Regalia in game! Since i dont use any add-ons and didn't knew you can check Ilevel of the items with Pressing "alt" in chat i asked the guy about Itemlevel!

You likely won't get your item back, but for the future: to find the item level in addition to using the ALT key when in chat or trade window, pick up the item on your pointer and type /itemlevel in chat.
