Is this possible build for beginning(50+ lvls)?

It's almost the same as this one http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/780707 , actuually this exactly the build which I want to play to, only not for shadow. I love scion cuz she likes to talk :( Stupid, but I can't do noting with myself. So I hope on your help.
