Help me improve my wander!

My first wander. Herald of Ash prolif. Goal is to use single target to spread the burn in groups. I know I need to upgrade my wand badly probably. But I'd like some suggestions for rings and ammy too in terms of what stats to focus. Thanks for any help! <3

Needs accuracy on jewellery, wand needs SERIOUS SERIOUS upgrade and if you can, sneak in multi on the amulet.
