Incinerate and Poacher's Mark

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if Poacher's Mark can work with a spell like Incinerate who does a lot of Hit per seconde. Does someone know?

says "by your attacks", so it wont work. Spells aren't attacks

The only benefit you get is the frenzy on kill, as the previous poster pointed out, it's for attacks only. If you are using Cybil's Paw it would probably be a viable option as a curse for defense and offense as 3 frenzy charges will give you 15% more cast speed, which would give you more hits per second and more life per second.
