Does "% increased crit chance" from tree apply to spells?

Can someone clarify this for me? thanks! i thought it was just for attacks

only crit mods that apply to spells is
-Spell criticals chance
-Global critical chance

tho Critical strike multiplier applies to both
ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

whats wrong with you people today? :)

in passive tree:
increased crit chance = global increased crit chance

if it says spells -> spells only
if it says attack or weapon -> attacks only
if it does not specify -> then it is global and affects all - attacks, spells, secondary dmg
