Shadow Claw Build questions about, Dual Wielding, evasion rating, Chaos damage, one handed mele

Hello players, im somehow new to this game and i still dont understand some basics about this game. I have a shadow character with claw build, but are some stuff i dont understand.
1 - Dual Wielding - if i put skill points on dual wielding will i receive the bonuses and skill even if i use claws? And also what does it means dual wielding? 2 - what is the difference betwin dodge and evasion rating? And also is also evasion rating a good choice to use for shadow with claw build? 3 - i already know that chaos damage ignores energy shield and depending of how much chaos damage i have (let's say 30 %, then 30 % damage will pe applyed directly to life), but i have to ask, if player X has chaos inaculation and i have chaos damage , then when i fight against player x my chaos damage will be applyed normaly to energy shield or chaos damage will be applyed directly to life but since player x has chaos inaculation my damage against his energy shield will be reduced ? 4 - if i apply my skil points to one handed mele weapons bonuses (like fencing or studious combatant) the bonuses that they give will still be applyed to my claws ? and my weapons that i use, Claws, are considered to be one handed mele weapon or is it something diferent? 5 - how can i change my character name? please help me i need help desperatly and please answer me as simple as possible. Yes, you'll get the bonus, claw is 1h weapon, and as such having two claws counts as dual wielding, more information: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Dual_wielding 2 - what is the difference betwin dodge and evasion rating? And also is also evasion rating a good choice to use for shadow with claw build? Dodge is rolled on TOP of evasion...
