question about corrupt map bosses

maybe i missed this piece of information but does anyone know if corrupt map bosses have "global" chance of dropping frag or is it affected by map's iiq? so far i cant tell which one is which

Why would iiq affect fragment drop? Its either drop or not. Its not like you can get 1.5 fragment pieces
also quantity doesnt affect any other "semi guaranteed" or guaranteed drops in the game Ign: LavaMosse

i know what you mean and its probly because my question formulation was bad. i mean is it raw global or it global influenced by iiq but yh i guess its just same global
