Way to buff RT

After all these talks about Crit vs RT.
Make few nodes after ResTech that increase overall damage, 2 branches, one is ele dmg, another one is phys, and at the end big notable that gives more dmg
So tree there would be like RT-->inc ele/phys( 1-2 times)-->more damage notable.
Similar to CI cluster

In order for RT to compete with crit the damage bonus would have to be sickeningly high. We're talking 600+% more damage.

And if the bonus isn't only to attacks RT becomes absolutely required for all casters. Even if the bonus was attack only you're still at best conceding that the damage from crit is healthy for the game (it isn't really that healthy). And of course all non-crit weapons immediately must take RT. Always.

Normalizing damage mods based on weapon base APS would solve the problem (probably better).

Of course the best way to fix the issue is to fix disproportionate effect of APS on damage output AND fix disproportionate crit damage scaling.
