Does leagues give more xp?

Hi, does leagues like beyond give more xp? because when i look on poestatistics.com , beyond player have almost two times the xp gain of standart players for the same amount of xp time.

Beyond players don't lose 10% xp here and there. ;)

Also, most of the best/most dedicated players play hardcore.
