Hello Rurorin. You can just buy them from other people. The easiest way to do it is via http://poe.trade/ or by using a trade chat. They are not very expensive and even as a new player you should be able to afford them. Although (becouse I assume you are rather new to the game) I recommend you to use Infernal Blow + Blood Magic + Multistrike + Melee Splash for leveling, because for my build to work smoothly you will need some expensive gear and you will have to get all the necessary nodes (Here I mean chance to ignite nodes especially).
