when i start PoE it start auto update latest version 1.2.4b or something after 10% it stops downloading patch file 0.00 down speed every time

Can you please confirm if you're playing through steam or the standalone client?
If playing through steam, please right click on the game in your steam library, select properties, go to local game files, and verify integrity of local game content If playing through the standalone client, please run the packcheck.exe program. Never mind I just edited the short cut and now its working
