Someone has stolen all my items

Hi, this morning (in Spain) i have trying to login to my account and i have this message Your Path of Exile account has been locked because someone attempted to log in from a location that you don't typically play from..., after check my email i enter the code and all my items is missing.

Please HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

You need to email support support@grindinggear.com

If you have actually been hacked you'll also need to secure your email address and PC.
That means a load of scans and changing your email password(only do this from a smart phone/tablet or known clean PC)

Currently they system will lock if anyone outside your IP address tries to access the account with the correct password, they can't enter the account unless they have access to the email that is sent with the unlock code.
Once the code is entered their new IP address is used as the default which is why, when you logged in it locked again.

make sure you use different passwords for email and poe account.

you probably already know but: as you play rampage and default - there are different stashes for both leagues.


edit: what location did it state in the message you received when you tried to login?

Thats what i would expect from the email you used to unlock the account, if the hacker had a brain he would have deleted the one he used and then emptied the trash, sometimes though it's sitting in the trash.

Standard valor of items is more 1000 exalteds, more 1 year playing.

lagwin1980 the trash is empty.
