Failed to connect instance

Hi,

I've been playing the game for almost a week now. I haven't changed any graphics settings and i'm currently on wired connection. No changes have been done (running on 40MB connection).

I keep getting kicked out of the game whenever i enter any new zone (sometimes even when trying to log in to my character - at the town's loading screen)

Is this a GGG server issue?

Generally my ISP has no issues - and neither do i on any online games.

Try direct connection if you behind router.

Thanks but as i said i'm not on a router - been using direct connection since i started last week, and had no issues up until now. Even the latency has spiked up by 40-50%
