T1 evasion and T2 fire resist isn't too bad if you aren't trying to craft mirrorworthy

Now you only need 500ex to et ex 3 more stats and 6L, woop !

a Haku craft of flat EV will upgrade it immensely.
maybe a meta-mod by Elreon if you are rich, and then you can do both flat EV and more resistances.

then, you can take on the daunting task of linking this.

the Regal was definitely a jackpot.

add "can have multiple crafted mods" then more res and eva with masters and boom thats one sweet chest!

Problem is, rare armors these days are absolutely dirt cheat. There's no reason at all to craft them considering what you can pick up for far less than it would cost to craft it into something good.

I would vendor it now before wasting any more currency on it.
