Sniper Bow Implicit Re-Roll

Just wondering if it is possibly to reroll this with a Divine orb to get... with the newly added WED Implicit Thanks |

Nope. Divine only rerolls current stats, it doesnt add or delete stats. not even mentioning that it wouldnt be worth it. A divine worth of value could buy you a better bow than that

The weapon elemental damage is an implicit mod of that bow so a divine wouldn't touch it but a blessed orb might, however, i am not sure if it can add a mod or just reroll an existing one.
