3 Questions about Spectres and Flickering Strike

1) Do they have Cooldown?
2) Would they get benefits from Frenzy charges such as CD bypass?
3) Do they have the same mechanics like we have? (Multistrike + Frenzy charges)

1. Spectres do not have a cooldown themselves. Their abilities might.

2. They benefit from f-charges, yes. However I do not see why you'd use a monster that uses FS. Flame Sentinels and Undying Evangelists seem to be the commonly used best options. Monsters with single target attacks do not perform well compared to AOE capable monsters. But assuming the charge does bypass the CD, I don't know if the AI would cause it to check against it.

3. I would assume so. GGG is a small company with limited funding, so they'd likely just use the same ability that we use and just make an AI around the existing skill.
