Massive latency spikes

My internet is fine, Steam is running well and I have no problems using any other web services. Today I've gotten spikes like this twice, it lasted about 1 minute each.

" Thanks for posting that up, unfortunately we didn't get great results, in terms of information returned. Can you please try trace routing again, but use PingPlotter instead? As it may give us more details. Also, remember that this needs to be done while you're playing and experiencing the increased latency/lag. :) |

" I was in game when I did the trace, I'm not in game anymore, it turned kind of unplayable after a while. I'll just hope the problem solves itself within the night |
