Intermittent disconnection issues + WinMTR

Hey there,
Lately I've been disconnecting a *lot* - certain days more than others. For example, I just got disconnected three times in a row. No loss of internet connectivity otherwise. I started WinMTR before I logged in after the second disconnect, and had it running for the 45s or so that I was able to stay connected, before disconnecting again. I'm running a wireless connection, and haven't tried changing anything (since this only happens maybe once a week, but when it does, it's awfully persistent). Resetting the router doesn't seem to work. Sorry to hear this is happening for you, and thanks for doing the WinMTR and posting the results. Between your 3rd and 4th hop you're getting packet loss that continues throughout the trace: | rc2bb-tge0-4-0-6.vc.shawcable.net - 0 | 83 | 83 | 12 | 19 | 76 | 23 | | 66.163.75.90 - 8 | 64 | 59 | 44 | 55 | 99 | 46 | This is quite likely going to be the cause, as the game will disconnect once it notices it's losing data. As this is happening on the Shaw Cable network, you would be best contacting your ISP and passing these results on to them so they can investigate and fix this up.
