Melee range, tiny base aoe, long cast time and weak shock power due to pseudo channel, no proc synergy. Without the strong dps tendrils would be completely worthless.

Not sure why they'd nerf. It's way worse than incinerate. Less DPS, Less range, no shotgun.
But I wasnt sure why they'd nerfed arc either since it's a pos and took 5+min to kill atziri before the nerf. Or nerfed max resistance when max spell block is 10x better.
