Install VC runtime fail and No login token specified error

I already tried installing thru launcher which can be found in the download page. But after more than 1 hour of downloading the necessary resources, i got the "Install VC runtime fail! Please try it again or install it manually." when launching the game. So I install the VC redistributable (vcredist_x64) in my pc. After restarting my pc, the problem still persist. So i decided to try the other option which is directly download the installer and manually install it in my pc. After another 1 + agonizing hour of downloading, "Install VC runtime..." error is gone but encounter another error: No login token specified.

By the way, this is my system spec:

OS: Windows 8.1 Professional (x64) (build 9600)
Processor: 2.67 gigahertz Intel Core i5 750
Memory: 4056 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series
DirectX: DirectX 11
