Are LL RF builds not possible anymore with 1,2?

Do RF Lover have to go the HP route now or does anybody worked out some lowlife RF builds which are viable after snapshotting got fixed?

cyn you still cast RF and then switch to the mainweapon or does this got fixed as well?

I was a LL RF using RF before 1.2 dual wielding Doryani's. I did not use snapshot. After, I had to convert to RotP shield because the loss of 3% max resistance was too much to overcome. The other nail in the coffin was the buff to HP actually made sustainment harder since HP damage is more than before.

The loss of 110% from Doryani's was noticeable. The need for more life regen with the additional life cost some damage passives as well.


It was viable but not close to good enough to warrant the cost. 1.2 effectively killed my old build. Loving my chosen alternative though :).
