Request:New server for middle east and Africa.

Hello,
I hope if you could open a new server somewhere is the middle east, Dubai maybe, for those living there and Africa. It is kinda impossible for me and my friends to play hardcore and races with this lag spikes and frequent high ping. Most of the time is it 100-120ms which is playable, but sometimes it jumps to 400-1200ms. So, i hope if you seriously consider this request.
