Allow us to save our hideout decorations as templates

I would like to mess around creating new hideouts, however I do not want to lose my current one due to the effort/time I've spent on it, and the fact I still like it.

Suggestion is to either allow each type of hideout to have one template that remains saved even if you switch to another, or to simply introduce an affordable MTX that will let us save it.
