Crafting for Unique Items??

My question is whether or not I can use Vorici's crafting to guarantee 3 red sockets on a Unique helmet??
I mean every time I have tried to use the crafting benches with a unique item it has said it cannot be done with Uniques. So, does that mean that I cannot add colored sockets to a Unique either?? Thanks in advance!! Last edited by cortni on Oct 22, 2014, 9:17:07 PM
