Why not? Still quite nerfed but still viable.

which league you planning to play?

I have very little time to play actually, so I remain in standard, where I can get near perfect doryani's for all of 3ex. I really wanted to play torment, but exams said fuck you.

My take on a 1.3 Glaciator Ranger. I'll probably try it next league, although I'm torn if I should start Flameblast or jump straight into it.

Because I'm perverse, I stuck with duelist. L70 with this tree, crap gear (4L chest and dangerously low resists) apart from a decent crit. sceptre. It still seems pretty decent. Survivability a bit sketchy sometimes, but I think that's more to do with gear.

I'm still going with this in 1.3, on standard though, with legacy ungil's and coil. Here is my passive tree at level 89. Just speccing into life at this point. Still works fine, you just have to pay attention where you are.
