Yes. Any following minions will draw their aggro radius centred on either you, or your most recently targeted object/location. Since they attack the "closest" thing when drawing said aggro, they'll prioritise the specific enemy you attacked, but will attack other nearby things as well if there's not enough room for them to get at that one.

The target is set on any of your actions, but movement is a special case that they'll ignore unless the movement is targeted significantly far from the current target - so that you can reposition yourself without disrupting them, but when you advance or retreat a notable distance, they come with you immediately rather than waiting for you to leave range.

Note that you targeting the enemies doesn't have to be with anything effective - shift-attacking unarmed at something half a screen away you clearly can't hit still targets it, and will draw the minions to it.
