[1.2.4] The Flicker Storm Herald

The build consist in using a dagger with high crit, attack speed and lightinig damage.

Using amulets, rings, gloves (or thunderfist) and belt with inc elemental damage and added lightning damage.


Flicker is linked with Life Leech + Added Lightinig damage + Lightining pen + Multistrike + Melee Splash

5L (flicker+ add light+life leech+ multi+ melee splash)


Auras: Discipline, Herald of Thunder, Wrath

Bandicts : Kill all, Attack Speed, Frenzy charge

I need you guys opiniom about this build idea, feel free to say what u think about it. Ty anyway

Weapon ele trumps added lightning, you are also missing melee splash.

Overall your build seems solid but:

-I'm not sure flicker is the best choice of skills for this type of build. You may want to consider something more reliable like reave or st.

-Using another skill to generate charges is going to feel clunky.

-You will need some additional leech (1% with a level 20 life leech) to be reflect safe.
